Blood Negroni Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 orange peel (garnish)
• 1 oz of Gin
• 1 oz of Sweet vermouth
• 1 0z of Campri
• Hickory wood chips

Instructions:

• Add 1 oz of Gin, Sweet vermouth and Campri  into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until chilled.
• Pour into a glass with large ice cubes and place the drink disk on top of the glass.
• Load the smoking gun with hickory wood chips, connect the hose drink disk, turn on the gun and ignite the wood chips.
• Once your glass is full of smoke, turn off the gun and let it infuse for 30 seconds.
• Garnish with an orange peel and you are ready to serve!
