Ingredients:
- 1 orange peel (garnish)
- 1 oz of Gin
- 1 oz of Sweet vermouth
- 1 0z of Campri
- Hickory wood chips
Instructions:
- Add 1 oz of Gin, Sweet vermouth and Campri into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until chilled.
- Pour into a glass with large ice cubes and place the drink disk on top of the glass.
- Load the smoking gun with hickory wood chips, connect the hose drink disk, turn on the gun and ignite the wood chips.
- Once your glass is full of smoke, turn off the gun and let it infuse for 30 seconds.
- Garnish with an orange peel and you are ready to serve!
