Ingredients
- Use organic ingredients if possible
- 8 strawberries, stems removed
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- ¼ cup plain or vanilla Stonyfield organic yogurt (vanilla yogurt adds sugar)
- 1 cup whole milk, formula or almond milk
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
Additions:
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon organic protein powder (I use pea or hemp protein)
- ¼ cup baby food (peas, apricots, prunes, carrots, sweet potato, spinach)
- 2 tablespoons apple juice (as a sweetener)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a Homia baby food processor. Process until smooth. Add additional water, juice, milk, breast milk or formula to thin to desired consistency.
