    We can not guarantee the correct processing of returns which are sent to our office or returns to any of our warehouses without any information or prior communication.

    Returns Policy

    Purchases may be returned within 45 days of the date your order was received and must be unused, unassembled and in the original condition and packaging for any refunds issued, refunds do not include shipping charges or any applicable restocking fees. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, as returns cannot be accepted without this number. Please include the reason for your return in an email.

    Please be aware that returns are eligible on orders made in the U.S.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be inspected and processed before your payment method is credited.

    Note - EXCEPTIONS: **Custom painted and/or personalized items that are made especially for you are non-refundable, unless defective. Items that fall into this category will be noted on the item page.*We reserve the right to send replacement parts for damaged or defective parts whenever possible. If replacement parts are refused, the item will be handled as a normal return.

    Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but take into account the fact that all Homia products have 3 year warranty.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at welcome@homia.us.

    Sale Items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Nice choice

    I had an expensive vacuum sealer I wound up giving away. I was looking for a different vacuum sealer, but this one wasn't expensive, so I decided to go with it. One of the best things I've bought in a while. My older one was harder to use, as you had to place the bag directly on the vacuum head. It did hold the roll of plastic bags, but you had to do the same thing. Seal the bag, fill it, then hook it on the nozzle. It looked dirty inside, but I've used this one 3 times, and the nozzle is on the side of the inside, with a gulley to catch any juice that would get inside. Three times, and still clean, and perfectly vacuumed and seal. You can even use it to seal dry bags, like chips, nuts or cookies, in there original bags. It's sleek and not big and bulky. It actually vacuum's and seals the bags with one switch. A great product at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

    Tested it immediately once I got it and it works great for what I want (sous-vide) and the price is great. Very nice sealing machine.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

Please do not use the item and keep items with all packaging materials and box for inspection. Please notify us the same day. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 5 business days of the delivery date.
