    Returns Policy

    Purchases may be returned within 45 days of the date your order was received and must be unused, unassembled and in the original condition and packaging for any refunds issued, refunds do not include shipping charges or any applicable restocking fees. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, as returns cannot be accepted without this number. Please include the reason for your return in an email.

    Please be aware that returns are eligible on orders made in the U.S.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be inspected and processed before your payment method is credited.

    Note - EXCEPTIONS: **Custom painted and/or personalized items that are made especially for you are non-refundable, unless defective. Items that fall into this category will be noted on the item page.*We reserve the right to send replacement parts for damaged or defective parts whenever possible. If replacement parts are refused, the item will be handled as a normal return.

    Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but take into account the fact that all Homia products have 3 year warranty.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at welcome@homia.us.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.     Great family fun

    Loved the Smoked Sazerac drinks we made.. what fun and they were delicious

    Awesome, quick set-up, easy to use, a little hard to clean...

    What an awesome product! This smoking gun alone with promote my mobile bartending business by leaps and bounds. Everyone from the first event that had a smoked bourbon cocktail had at least 3 more. Went through all the wood chips in 1 night for a party of 30!

    You should be receiving several orders from TN soon! Would be interested in doing some videos with your product coming soon!

    A little hard to clean the hose(need some advice on that one); cleaning the plate under the wire mesh. Please feel free to reach out on tips on that one.

    Wonderful flavor

    I bought this for my dad for Christmas several months ago. He has used it for his bourbon. I used it to smoke some butter for some wheat rolls.....FABULOUS!!

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
